Bhadra (Telugu: భద్రణ) is a 1957 Indian Telugu-language historical drama film directed by C. S. Rao. It stars Akkineni Nageswara Rao in dual roles, with P. Susheela, Lalitha and Anjali Devi in supporting roles. The film is based on the life and times of Emperor Krishna Deva Raya, the ruler of the Chalukya dynasty, in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. The film also mentions the lives of kings in the Telugu region such as Asa Malla III, Jagadheka II, Kanakadasa, and Raya Chakravarti, while glossing over those of the kings in the Konkan region of Maharashtra.
The film was dubbed and released in Hindi as Bhadra on the same year. The film was released on the same day as the epic film Amaravathi, starring N. T. Rama Rao.
The film was produced and distributed by C. P. Ganga Reddy under his banner Jayasri Pictures. It was the maiden film for Sankara Madhav at the Art Production Department of the C. P. Ganga Reddy Productions Pvt. Ltd.
It was the first Telugu film to be shot in motion-picture studio; the film was shot in a studio which was outside the town of Madras in Mumbai. The film is thought to be the first Telugu film to be shot in a studio.
